My Approach & Values
As a psychotherapist I am trained in a variety of therapy modalities and I select the approach that I think is most useful for you depending on your needs.
For example, some clients prefer to work through issues in a practical, short term and solution-oriented way, dealing mainly with the present time situations.
Other clients like to explore patterns of behaviour that they recognise and wish to change.
My approach is to help you tap into your own wisdom and strengths, so you develop what you need in yourself such as awareness, courage, acceptance or more control over your situation.
I believe that no one should suffer a crisis alone and that is why I do what I do.
